Rules -  USEF rules will be used as general guidelines.  Show management reserves the right to combine any classes with less than three entries, to vary or change officials or judges, or decline any entry.  All entries must be accompanied by payment.

ü      Approved headgear required at all times when riding.  Appropriate dress required.

ü      No refunds after closing date.

ü      Horses schooling on grounds must have a signed entry form, proof of Coggins, and pay a $30 fee.

ü      Specify on entry if you are a junior or senior.

ü      Remember to put date of show you are entering on entry form.

 

Awards - six ribbons in each class. Champion ribbon for Training, First, Second level and above, and MFS. High score award Sr/Jr.

Entries - make checks payable to Letter Perfect Farm, Inc.  All classes are $25.00. All returned checks are subjected to a $30.00 service fee.

Entries processed in order received.  No refunds after closing date. Coggins within one year required

Times- will be available Thurs. on Website before show or call Thurs. pm 7-8 pm . If you supply an email address, your times will be emailed to you by Thurs. before the show.  Official times will be in program.

Stabling - limited stalls. $40.00/stall.  Must bring your own hay.

Directions - From the North Take 146 South to Rt. 16 exit, go right. Take first right onto West Street.  From the South - Take 146 North to Rt. 16 exit, go left.  Take first right onto West.

 

  LPF Team Competition Division List

  The competition is open to all Region 8 competitors.  There will be different team divisions to enter. A team can consist of 2-4 riders. Levels will include USDF Introductory- FEI.  Each team member will ride two tests from his/her level.  The top four scores will be averaged to determine placing.  So come join the fun.  For more information, or a prize list, call Kelli Mason at 508-278-9905 or email at kelli@letterperfectfarm.com

To enter, just fill out an entry form and send it in with your team members.  Individuals may enter as well, and will either be put with other individuals, or onto another team to make up a mixed team.  All teams must supply a volunteer for the day.  It does not have to be the same person. Please list volunteers and give phone numbers. 

LEVELS -- Levels will be from USDF Introductory—FEI.  SCORES -- The top four scores of a team will be totaled and averaged to determine placings.AWARDS -- Ribbons  will be given to 6th place for each test.  Each division will be placed Champion – Reserve through 6th place.  High score awards for each level- sponsored by Letter Perfect Farm. 

TESTS -- USDF 1&2,  Training Level test  2&4,  First Level tests 2&4,  Second level  tests 2&3, Third level tests 1&2, Fourth Level tests   1&2,  FEI- TOC.

Team Names -- Team names will be displayed, and all volunteers will vote on which name is their favorite.   Be creative, the team with the winning name will be awarded a special gift.

Divisions

Team Competititon- our team tests will be different this year as the tests have changed. For the USDF Divisions, we will split it into two- Division A and B. Division A test will be tests a and b, for division B, the tests will be b and c. For the divisions with USEF levels (tr.-4th) we will use tests 2 and 3. FEI will be the same. You can have two to four riders on your team and only the top 4 scores of the team will count. USE TEAM ENTRY ON SHOW PAGE- LIST ALL TEAM MEMBERS------ CLASSES LISTED ABOVE!
Our divisions will be:
Division A- USDF tests a and b
Division B- USDF tests b and c
Division AB- USDF tests a and b, and USDF test b and c- you must have at least one rider doing each sets of tests.
Division C- Training Level- tests 2 & 3
Division D- First Level- tests 2 & 3
Division E- 2nd Level and Above- tests 2 & 3
Division F- FEI TOC- test of choice
Division H- Test of Choice Level( any combination of two levels).
Division G- Non-Warmblood Horses- any combinations of two levels.

 

Entry Fee- 25.00 per test classes 1-10,  30.00 per test classes 11-19.

Times -- Times will be available Thur., October. 18th from 7:30- 8:30, or via email if you give your address.

Management reserves the right to combine or split any class. Food available on grounds -- it is homemade and very good!!!

    Schooling Show Championships-     You are required to submit one test with a score of 55% or higher that was ridden at the level that you are competing or a level above. For example, if you are competing at training level, to enter the championship you must submit any test that you have ridden at training level or 1st level, with a score of 55% or higher.
Pay $15.00 fee to enter Championships in addition to your class fees. Ride championship tests at our competition on Oct. 17. Tests are:  USDF A and B, Training Level & First Level tests 2 and 4, Second Level tests 2 & 3, Third and Fourth Level Test 1 & 2, FEI Test of Choice. These are the same as in the team competition so if you are riding in the team competition you do not have to ride each test twice, your scores will just count for both. IT’S LIKE A TWO FOR ONE!!!
