Kelli Mason boards and trains dressage horses at Letter Perfect Farm, Inc., in Uxbridge, Ma. In 1995, Kelli moved to MA. from NJ, where she trained extensively with Heather Mason. While training with Heather, Kelli had the opportunity to work with some great clinicians, including Lendon Gray, Edgar Hotz, and Hilda Gurney. With all of their help, Kelli was able to train her Arabian, Jedlin, to the FEI levels, and to earn her USDF Bronze and Silver Medals. She also became a USDF L certified graduate. During her time in NJ, Kelli won many ESDCTA year end awards, and USDF and All Breed from training level to FEI, and Freestyles. Since moving to New England Kelli has won many NEDA, USDF, and CRDA awards with Jedlin and her new horse Novelty from training level to FEI.

Kelli and Novelty were the Region 8 ABIG Champions at First Level MFS in 2000. In 2001, Kelli and Novelty were Champions of the Connecticut Freestyle Championships, and were Reserve Champions of the ABIG Region 8 2nd Level MFS. In 2003, Kelli and Novelty were GAIG Region 8 Champions at 2nd Level Musical Freestyle, and in 2004 Kelli and Novelty were Reserve Champions at the Region 1 GAIG 3rd Level Open Championships! Kelli aslo started to compete her young horse Legend in 2004. They made their debute last May at the ESDCTA Memorial show in Allentown,NJ where they competed at training level and never received under a 65%.

In 2005, Kelli hopes to compete Novelty at 4th level and PSG. Kelli has started to train Novelty the piaffe and passage. Fortunately he seems to love it, so their future in the FEI ring looks very bright. Hopefully her knee will recover in time to show this summer(for more on her knee go to the current news page). Kelli also hopes to compete her young horse Legend this year at First and Second Level. At 17H he is a big boy, but he has a big heart too!

Kelli, with her husband Rob and daughter Lydia opened Letter Perfect Farm in 1999. She now competes many horses from Training Level to FEI, and trains with Heather Mason & Jennifer Baumert. Kelli offers a kind, correct and positive approach to dressage training for all levels of horses and riders. Kelli has degrees in Equine Science, English and Elementary Education so she is great with children and people of all ages as well as all types of horses. She believes that the harmony between horse and rider created by dressage training is beneficial to all horses and riders, and can be fun too. Kelli is also producing and choreographing Musical Freestyles. Her freestyles have not only won Regional Championships for herself, but last year she produced and choreographed the winning CRDA Year-End Award freestyles for Training Level Jr. First Level, and Thrid Level.
